Refund Policy

Overview

Runapy subscriptions are billed through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund disbursement on our behalf.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then and will not be charged again. We generally do not provide partial-month refunds for monthly plans.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund by contacting us. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual billing period and no refund is issued.

Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

When you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, the change is prorated immediately. The difference is charged or credited to your next invoice automatically via Paddle. No separate refund is needed for prorated changes.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@runapyhub.com with your account email and a brief reason for the request.
  2. We will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
