By accessing or using the Runapy platform (“Service”), operated by Runapy (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Runapy is a SaaS platform for running club management. It provides tools for event creation, member management, QR check-ins, attendance tracking, and related features via a web-based admin portal and a companion mobile application.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and manage a club. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
New clubs receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using paid features. We may change trial duration or availability at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of the admin portal or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
You agree not to:
All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by the Company or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
